Neal, President & Managing Director of DePersia & Associates, LLC, is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker whose company specializes in commercial real estate and business brokerage within the restaurant and food service industry. His company has brokered over $100 million in sales transactions and retail leasing. Neal’s background working as VP of Sales & Marketing for a Fortune 500 company provided him with a wealth of experience dealing with independent, regional and national retail chains throughout US & Canada. That experience has translated into building a successful company brokering businesses & commercial properties.

Michael has been a licensed real estate broker in NC with DePersia & Associates since graduating from Greensboro College in May of 2005. Within the commercial real estate sector, he specializes in business brokerage, specifically the restaurant & bar business. Mike calls on his 20+ years of experience working in the restaurant industry which ranges from bar back to bartender, dishwasher to waiter. Since 2006, Mike has been the head coach of the JV Mens Lacrosse team at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh and you can occasionally catch him behind the bar working the St Patrick's Day festivities. He is a longtime time resident of Cary, Raleigh & Greensboro, and currently resides in Cary.
